HIGH PERFORMANCE MANAGER In 2020 he was appointed high performance general manager for Equestrian Sports New Zealand. "I really enjoy working with the federation because I get to leverage my experience in the sport in the different layers of the programme. It's really interesting and challenging work which keeps me learning. I'm most proud of the programme's development and seeing the riders transition from development into the high performance space."
